A note about Contract

• Customers wishing to change to Prepay or Month to Month plans will be charged an Early Exit Fee and a Handset Exit Fee. See below for details.
• To process a plan change and for information on all other plan changes, stores are to call Dealer Support on 1800 676 464 or customer is to call the Contact Centre on 1555
• Plan change fee will be 100% of difference between the plan amounts multiplied by the remaining months (ie. if switching from $79 to $49 then this would be $30 (the difference) multiplied by the remaining months of the contract)

A note about Contracts

Credit Expiry: 1 month
If you decide to leave before 24 months is up, just pay your monthly spend x the number of months left on your contract (Early Exit Fee – EEF).
$29 Cap: In addition to EEF, Phone Early Exit Fee of $14.50 x months left on the 24 month contract plus any outstanding Phone repayments and additional or excluded call costs applies if not connected for 24 months.
