The above Contract prices and inclusions and exclusions are valid from 10 October 2008 and apply for all new connections and contract resigns from that date only. If you connected or resigned with Vodafone before 10 October 2008 the prices and inclusions and exclusions from your Contract will continue to apply for the term of your commitment, and may differ from those outlined above.

A note about SIM only Cap Contracts
- Credit Expiry: 1 month
- All calls charged minimum of 60 seconds and in 60 second increments.
- If you decide to leave before 12 months is up you will be required to pay 100% of your monthly access fee x the number of months left on your contract.
